Why Homeowners Love Perfect Fit Honeycombs (The Fast Facts)

  • 🌡️ Lower Energy Bills: The unique cellular structure acts as a thermal barrier, blocking heat loss at the glass.
  • 🛠️ No Tools or Drills: Patented brackets slide directly into your window’s rubber glazing bead in seconds.
  • 🛏️ Blackout Options: Available in a popular cellular blackout fabric that eliminates light leakage—perfect for bedrooms and nurseries.
  • 🚪 Ideal for Tilt & Turn: The blind remains locked inside the side tracks, so it won’t swing or flap when windows are tilted open.
  • 👶 100% Cord Safe: Completely cordless tension system. Operate easily by gliding the bottom rail handle up and down

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Window Frame Types: Engineered exclusively for modern, internally beaded uPVC or aluminium window panes with flexible rubber seals.
  • Fabric Profile: The double-layered cellular structure takes up slightly more space when fully compressed than a standard thin single-pleat fabric.

Do honeycomb cellular blinds really help with insulation?

Yes, exceptionally well. The hexagonal cells trap a layer of air between the room and the cold glass pane. This creates an incredibly effective thermal barrier that noticeably cuts down on heat loss during cold winter months and reflects heat during summer.

Can I get these in a blackout fabric?

Absolutely. We offer a specialised blackout cellular range. Because the fabric fits snugly inside the four-sided Perfect Fit outer frame, it blocks out almost all peripheral light gaps, making it one of the absolute best choices on the market for bedrooms. Not 100% blackout but good.

📏 Should I measure these myself?

We highly advise letting us handle it. To achieve maximum thermal efficiency and a smooth glide, the frame requires millimeter-perfect measurement of the visible glass and bead depth. Based in Ramsgate, we offer a free measuring service across Thanet and East Kent to guarantee a flawless fit.
