      Not at all. The Perfect Fit framework uses slim brackets that slide smoothly under the rubber glazing bead of your window. There is no drilling, no screwing, and zero risk of voiding your window manufacturer's warranty.

      Are these easy to clean?

      Yes. Aluminum Venetian slats are completely waterproof and can be quickly wiped down with a damp cloth or a slat duster, making them an excellent choice for high-moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms. 

      The wooden option will not be suitable in a bathroom but look great in all other rooms.

      Can I measure and install them myself?

      Because the outer frame must fit precisely against your window pane, even a tiny measuring error will prevent the frame from clicking into place. Based in Ramsgate, we offer a free local measuring service across Thanet and East Kent to ensure a guaranteed, millimeter-perfect fit.
